1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging UpClean Cleaning Services for commercial cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
UpClean provides professional commercial cleaning services including office cleaning, janitorial services, medical clinic cleaning, and related services across Kelowna, Vernon, Penticton and the Okanagan region of British Columbia, Canada.
All services are provided pursuant to a separate service agreement. These Terms of Service govern use of our website and general engagement with UpClean.
3. Service Agreements & Pricing
- All pricing is flat-rate and confirmed in writing before services commence
- Service agreements require 30 days written notice to cancel
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice
- Invoices are due within the period specified in your service agreement
4. Our Obligations
UpClean agrees to:
- Provide services as described in your service agreement
- Maintain appropriate liability insurance and WorkSafe BC coverage
- Ensure all staff are background-checked and WHMIS trained
- Use GPS verification to document attendance on every visit
- Use documented checklists to ensure consistent standards
5. Client Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide safe access to the premises at agreed times
- Notify UpClean of any hazardous materials or special requirements
- Pay invoices within the agreed timeframe
- Provide reasonable notice of schedule changes
6. Liability
UpClean's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the services provided in the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
UpClean is fully insured. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of the relevant service visit.
7. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit unsolicited commercial communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the website
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos and images is the property of UpClean Cleaning Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
